The Avaya Matra 65xx series is outputting the SMDR data via a serial connection. You will need to directly connect a serial cable from the between your Avaya Matra 65xx phone system to a PC that will be running NetPBX software.and the PC running netpbx. For more information about the output and configuration of the SMDR data, please contact your phone system maintainer.

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps below:

1. Click on the Directory tab.
2. Click on Choose the site configured during the setup wizard and clickyou want to configure and click Properties.

3. Within In the Site Properties window, select Avaya Matra 6500 from the PBX model drop-down list.
4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
5. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
