The
tab allows you select what
columns of data information you want to display in
the columns of your leaderboard. Each column can be set to show different type of call information (duration, response time, etc.), for different call types (inbound, outbound, etc.) and for different entities (sites, groups, users) e.g. one column can show statistics for the total number of inbound answered calls on a daily basis, while in a different column you can display the same call information, but for a different group and on a weekly basis.
