A site is the top hierarchical level of your directory and its main function is to provide call logging data in TIM Plus. A site object emulates your If you have more than one telephone system, therefore, you need to create a new site entity for each PBX you want to log in the system, a site entity object needs to be added to the Directory. TIM Plus allows a maximum of five sites to be logged. If your organisation has more than five sites, you can upgrade to our TIM Enterprise product.
The Sites panel is located on the top-left side of your screen.
