Configuring your SMDR output

Below you will find steps on how Follow the stesps below to configure the SwyxWare to output the SMDR data to a file in a specific location:

1. Log in to your SwyxWare Administration tool.
2. Right-click on the Swyx server you want to configure and click on the Properties button.
3. Now, you should be able to see the properties In the

   Label Properties

   window, click on the Call Detail Records tab.
4. Click on the Call Detail Records into Text File radio button.
5. In the Save to Folder field, enter in the following: \program files\tri-line\tim plus\spool\. If you are using a mapped driver enter in the driver letter.
6. In the File Name field, enter the following: data.{sitecode}. You can check the site code by browsing to TIM Plus, click on the Directory tab and hover over the site and the site code will appearobject.
7. Click on the OK button and close the SwyxWare Administration tool.

Configuring TIM Plus

Below you will find steps on how Followt the steos below to configure TIM Plus to receive the SMDR data from your SwyxWare:

1. Log on to TIM Plus and click on Click on the Directory tab.
2. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and click Properties.

3. Within In the Site Properties window, select SWYX V6 from the PBX model drop-down list.
4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
5. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
